Who We Are

We are a small practice of Quantity Surveyors and Building Cost Consultants who have been practising since 1979, and who also undertake architectural works.

As well as fulfilling the traditional role of quantity surveyors on contracts, we offer a somewhat specialised role to Contractors of Estimating and Surveying.

We also offer a full architectural service for domestic, commercial and industrial works.

Where We Are

We are based in Cheadle, Staffordshire, near to the city of Stoke-on-Trent, but travel throughout the midlands and beyond for our clients.
